FREE Change Of Mind Return

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our FREE Change of Mind Return works:

• Return Window: You can return your item within 5 days of receiving it.

• Item Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging, full set, clean, and in perfect + resellable condition.

 

How to Return:

1. Contact us within 3 days with your order details.

2. You can ship the item back to us using any nearby courier service, we will cover the shipping fees up to RM8. Please make sure the item is protected by bubble wrap / proper box, otherwise we may not approve your request.

3. Once we received the item and your return request is approved, we’ll issue a refund in store credit (no expiry)!

4. If your request is rejected, we will hold the item until customer paid an extra RM7 shipping fees before we ship the item back to customer, with no exception.
