Warranty & DOA (Defect On Arrival)

All our electronic products come with a 6-month Warranty for peace of mind, and on top of that, we also have a 5 days DOA 1 to 1 Exchange Policy.

 

7 days DOA 1 to 1 Exchange Policy.

We want you to receive your items in perfect condition! If your product arrives defective or not working, we offer a 1-to-1 exchange.

Eligibility: Applies to products that are defect on arrival (DOA) or have major defects upon delivery.

Condition: Return with all original packaging and accessories included.

Return Window: You can return your item within 5 days of receiving it.

Item Condition: Full set with box and accessories.

How to Return:

1. Contact us within 5 days with your order details.

2. You can ship the item back to us using any nearby courier service, we will cover the shipping fees up to RM8. Please make sure the item is protected by bubble wrap / proper box, otherwise we may not approve your request.

3. Once we received the item and your exchange request is approved, we’ll issue a refund in store credit (no expiry)!

4. If your request is rejected, we will hold the item until customer paid an extra RM7 shipping fees before we ship the item back to customer, with no exception.

6 Months Warranty

What’s Covered? Product failures under normal use.

What’s Not Covered? Accidental damage, wear and tear, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.

How to Claim:

1. Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

2. Provide photos or videos for assessment.

3. If approved, we’ll offer a repair or replacement (depending on the issue).

Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We cover the shipping for replacements.

Fair Use Policy: We reserve the right to deny claims that don’t meet warranty conditions.
